Workplaces are becoming increasingly complex, and rates of poor mental health continue to rise. Project Simplify takes a systemic approach to simplify workplaces and embed well-being principles into the design of work. In collaboration with our partners; Jemena, Metro Trains Melbourne, Benny Button and Charles Darwin University, we will co-design a tool that can be used to increase workplace productivity and well-being.
