بالقاهرة لإعداد جيل موهوب من المذيعين عن طريق البرامج التدريبية، التي يقدمها الراديو للتأهيل

ومن هنا اصبح الراديو يتبع أفضل المناهج العلمية والعملية وفي 2021 خرج الراديو الألأف من الكوادر الإعلامية وانتج لهم مئات البرامج الإذاعية
