In this App, we aggregate all the properties, ventures and projects in and around Hyderabad which are available for sale. Every property in this app is physically verified by our team to bring transparency in listing. Our Legal, Banking, Revenue teams work seamlessly to provide authorized, legalized properties to our Buyers with 8 step state of the art verification process.
Buyers: We provide end to end services to the buyer on property transaction ranging from Property Visit, Documentation, Legal Verification, Loan assistance, Insurance, Escrow Account and Registration support with nominal brokerage of 1% of property value on Resale properties. We are offering free service to Buyers in case they want to buy from ventures and projects through us.
Sellers: If you want to sell your property you can inform us so that we can provide doorstep service to list into our app including photo and video shoot. We provide assistance to the seller on end-to-end property transaction with guarantee sale, market research, promotion and buyer pre-screening.
Partners: Partners are our agents who want to work with us on Property Listing, Selling and Buying on commission basis. We leverage the partner network by providing online and offline support 24X7.We are planning to provide the separate app for all the Partners.
Builders: We provide financial assistance to the builders when they construct any house, apartment with pre-booking of your units at market price. You can just focus on your work and we take care of marketing, promotion and sale.
Realtors: All the owners who own ventures in and around Hyderabad comes under this category. We need to provide the option to enter their venture information into the app. We are planning to provide the separate app for Realtors with mix and match features.
