PPS is the result of 30 years of engineering and sectoral experience. Our founders, who provide services in related but different sectors, decided to establish PS after identifying needs and conducting academic and industrial studies. Following the determination of producibility, extensive research is conducted to commercialize the products after the academic and industrial studies. PPS was founded with a focus on alternative materials in defense industry and other sectors such as aviation, automotive, and healthcare, where conventional/computer-aided mechanical machining methods make the search for alternative materials and geometric shaping impossible in many areas. In these cases, additive manufacturing becomes a solution point, and the production of metallurgical powders for additive manufacturing becomes essential.
Externally, for mass productions, the mechanical property change due to heat input, the excessive space required for stock areas in traditional production methods, and the significant amount of energy needed for the recycling of scrap materials make additive manufacturing advantageous. The method of powder metallurgy has become indispensable in industrial applications for designing and alloying materials chemically. Bringing together all the experiences, knowledge, and research, our founders have established a production facility to ensure that metallurgical powders produced by different methods have parameters that will serve different sectors. PS not only establishes the production facility but also manages the supply process for sectoral representatives in need of these powders and provides technical consultancy.
