Professional Protector Services (PPS) was established by Peter Moorhouse in 2021, with the mission of providing additional protection and security to your legacy.
Peter has over 20 years’ of experience in the field of trusts, wealth structuring and audit & advisory services and is ideally suited as a partner to protect your trust and your wealth.
Peter will look to establish close relationships with a trust’s Settlors and beneficiaries to understand their needs and wishes. Providing oversight of the trustee, Peter will look to apply his knowledge and experience to ensure the trustee is suitably qualified, acting appropriately and in accordance with the trust provisions, fulfilling their role with the due skill and attention you deserve.
PPS is also well positioned to hold independent director and non-executive director roles on boards of trust companies, private trust companies (PTC’s) and client companies where additional independent expertise and governance is desired.
Having served as a member of Deutsche Bank’s Global Trust Solutions executive committee and on the board of multiple institutional and client companies, Peter has a depth of experience that can add governance and protection to your wealth and structuring.
Peter is a Chartered Accountant (FCA), a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP), has been designated as a Business Finance Professional (BFP) and obtained a certificate in the fundamentals of alternative investments from the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association.
