PROXY Governance’s analysis, voting and comprehensive reporting systems equip fiduciaries to satisfy all SEC, Department of Labor and similar state requirements. Clients may purchase research only, proxy voting only, or packages that include research and voting; clients can be billed separately for each.
All of the firm’s policies, analyses and recommendations are clearly stated, with rationales explaining how they support the creation of shareholder value. PROXY Governance’s focused, straightforward and clear approach to proxy analysis allows fiduciaries to be confident that they truly are casting proxy votes in the best interests of clients and shareholders.
