Sport and Performance Psychology is often seen as a luxury, our mission is to change this belief. Psych to Perform was founded by Tim Cobb to provide affordable and high-quality sports and performance psychology provisions to anyone who wants it.
Psych to Perform provides sport or performance psychology services to clients in sport, business, emergency services and more. Services include individual sport or performance psychology support, team or group (2+ individuals) performance support, mental skills training, sport or performance counselling, mental health enhancement, acceptance and commitment therapy, bespoke workshop programs and tailored infographics. All services need an initial 30-minute session to fill out paperwork, organise payment, and discuss goals.
Our main areas are North Hampshire, North-West Surrey, Reading and East Berkshire, however, we work outside these areas with additional travel charges. All services can be online or in-person. The location of in-person consultations is up to the client it can be anywhere you feel comfortable e.g., at training, in a gym, at the home, in a coffee shop, etc.
Clients range from pro-athletes, disabled athletes, semi-pro athletes, amateur athletes, junior and child athletes, performance-orientated businesspeople, members of the performing arts, emergency service workers, and anyone else who needs optimal mental performance to reach their goals. We work with many groups including sports teams or clubs from pro to amateur level, regional or national governing bodies, athlete sponsors, small business or corporate organisations, ministry of defence or emergency services, educators and schools, and any other group in need of psychological support. Clients under 18 are welcome however they will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
