Based on decades of research, Psychobabble has been designed to improve both candidate experience and hiring diversity compared to traditional multiple-choice pre-employment tests.
Psychobabble is reinventing talent assessment with cool science and technology: mobile-first simulations that use natural language responses instead of multiple-choice test questions. We are also passionate about challenging the status quo in terms of the social consequences of employment testing programs, by building highly predictive assessments that are designed explicitly to improve Inclusion and Diversity goals vs. traditional testing approaches.
