Notre mission est de proposer une formation clé en main pour de futurs personal trainers ou coach sportif, avec pour but qu’ils soient aptes à travailler dès l’obtention de leur diplôme en ayant déjà le maximum d’outils nécessaires pour trouver et satisfaire leurs clients.
Petit retour en arrière…
Cette Academy est née d’une réflexion de trois amis, trois amoureux du sport, avec des parcours complètement différents mais pourtant tellement complémentaires (voir “Team formateurs” sur notre site www.pt-coaching-academy.com).
A travers nos différents cursus, nous nous sommes aperçus que les coachs en formation et même parfois des coachs diplômés manquaient de pratique et d’expérience, ce qui est un comble quand on sait que le métier de coach sportif est basé sur la pratique tout en ayant bien entendu les bases fondamentales théoriques.
Mettre en application ce que l’on apprend n’est pas un exercice facile, c’est pourquoi nous avons choisi de baser nos formations sur le partage des connaissances de nos formateurs, tous experts dans leurs domaines afin d’allier la théorie à la pratique sur chaque module de formation.
