Ascend the stairs to the Pure South Dining Room, for a modern fine dining experience, with stunning views of the Yarra River & Melbourne's skyline. Dine a la carte or embark on a culinary journey with our six-course tasting menu. Our in-house sommelier is on hand to guide you through our extensive wine list, with over 400 bottles highlighting Tassie Chardonnay & Pinot Noir.
The first-floor dining room features multiple private and semi-private dining spaces, hosting intimate corporate dinner to expansive cocktail events. Clients and guests are sure to be impressed by the stunning views and bespoke Tasmanian produce.
