At Purposeful Connections, we take an individualised and tailored approach to NDIS support. We understand that each person's needs are unique, so we strive to provide the most appropriate and effective solution for each person we serve. We are committed to providing quality NDIS services to all of our clients, in a respectful and collaborative manner. Our team of experienced professionals work with individuals to develop a plan that meets their needs and helps them reach their goals. We remain flexible and open to changes as we continue to support participants throughout their NDIS journey.
Purposeful Connections was founded in 2021 by Isabel and Theo Papadopoulos. Initially, our organisation was focused on reducing mental illness in our community by helping people make micro changes in their lives through awareness and providing a network of experts to help act on these changes. In 2023 we have branched out into the NDIS space focused on helping people with neurodevelopmental and psychosocial disabilities.
Our vision is to set the standard for person-centred care, providing tailored solutions that enable individuals to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. Our goal is to build a supportive and compassionate community that empowers our clients to achieve their goals and aspirations, while also advocating for their rights and needs. We aspire to be a trusted partner in the NDIS ecosystem, collaborating with other stakeholders to drive positive change and create a more inclusive society. Ultimately, we imagine living in a community in which all people feel valued, supported and connected to a greater purpose which leads them to fulfilling a happier and healthier life.
