With in-house architecture, development, construction, sales and leasing, this turnkey organization delivered new possibilities for the City of St. Louis, building more than 560 new homes and 700 apartments from 1992-2009. Taking on the challenges of St. Louis Centre led to the 2010 removal of the multi-story skybridge over Washington Avenue, setting the stage for today's vibrant MX retail district.
