The Accommodation Centre (TAC) is the Southern Lakes oldest property management company. The TAC difference is all about better service and better value for our clients. To provide a great property management service means having a strong focus on (and systems around) property inspections and maintenance. We resource accordingly and both our in-house Maintenance Manager and Property Managers conduct inspections and services.
