We run the concept of recruiting and training our own manpower
Our main role is to coordinate clients to work with Multimedia Freelance teams in Hanoi and we support with the delegation of work. We assure the consistency of the Quality level that our clients are expecting.
The work we delegate we always QA check ( so the photographer or the agency don't have to) our Manpower/QA staff give daily statistics and feedback (on input/output) to the Freelance Teams and the Photographer to assure they keep the quality level consistent.
We usually do two types of Quality Checks, Live QA or Statistics QA:
Live QA | We work parallel with the live-production to reject any orders that are not following the style consistency. We implement this pro actively when the quality is low and many issues , fundamental or style is repeated.
We keep statistics on all images we check
Statistics QA | Statistics on each image, to assure the editing team/freelance team is keeping their quality level. And if we all can agree on the quality level, then the editors usually follows it as long as they know that someones will check and consistency give them feedback and daily statistics.
