In 2018 we started developing QandR (https://www.qandr.eu/nl). Initially to enrich focus group discussions with intuitive working methods that fit in with our visually oriented society. In 2020, Corona ensured that municipalities started using QandR to really let everyone have their say during digital participations.
In 2024, it is very cool to see how QandR is used both digitally and during physical meetings in major social challenges, such as the energy transition. With the help of QandR's talking pictures, insight is quickly gained into different opinions that are then discussed with each other in a fun and intuitive way. Afterwards, QandR immediately generates a visual report in which all ideas are combined. The QandR session thus bridges the growing gap between citizens and politics. People listen better, participants feel really heard and ideas can be translated more quickly into a plan of action that everyone can agree with. QandR is currently mainly used in environmental management and market research.
