Qlaudit -Quality lean audit- has three strongholds: "Define", "Compare" and "Improve". Qlaudit looks beyond the financial audit of a company. It draws a picture of both the efficacy of the production process and management of a company. Qlaudit is a young, dynamic innovation internship founded by six Industrial engineer students from Leuven. It uses a successful auditmatrix to judge the company on the different aspects of: People, Leadership, Partnership, Health & safety, Manufacturing & Processes, Materials & Equipment, Logistics and Quality. Different companies from within the same sector are evaluated and compared with each other using a standardized, sector-updated question matrix. Benchmarking allows a company to face his strengths and weaknesses compared to their competitors. The scoring of the different aspects is done exclusively by scan experts from Qlaudit.
