Persona-based access control allows authorized users to log in to schedule and invite stakeholders to join hybrid supervision sessions. Prior to the live session, invitees could first preview site conditions with the built-in 360 VR photo and IFC (BIM) viewers. During the live session, stakeholders could interact and make informed decisions via the built-in video conferencing system supported by hi-res live video feed, utilizing consumer-level hardware. After the session, online or offline supervision footage and relevant documents could be archived for review and sign-off by relevant parties. Lastly, audit-ready supervision reports could also be generated with a click of a button. All these features empower stakeholders to effectively monitor and manage construction projects.
