• Operating three well-known restaurant brands—Chengdu Restaurant, Chengdu Bowl Restaurant, and Numb Restaurant—totaling seven offline outlets.
• Launching the innovative cloud-kitchen concept Chengdu Bowl, offering fusion Sichuan-flavored rice bowls with island-wide delivery.
• Partnering with plant-based meat leaders such as TiNDLE and Impossible Foods to create healthier Sichuan sauces as retail products.
