We are on a mission to enable children to explore their interests, pursue their quests and become the best version of themselves. Our Purpose (The Why?) The best of formal education does not prepare us enough for the real world – for facing uncertainty, making informed decisions and maintaining our mental health through the many ups and down. Most of our education is based on following fixed syllabus, rewarding the right answers and individual comparative assessment. In the real world, there is little certainty, often no clear right answers and a need for working together. Immediately after they finish schooling, children are expected to make high-stake decisions and take charge of their lives. But they often don’t have enough exposure, confidence or even practice in decision making. It is hard. And unfair. And we want to change that. Our Approach (The How?) At QuestWorld, we provide children structured exposure to various domains in a way that they understand how the real-world works – and it’s not rocket science. They get it. We expose children to real-world simulations where they have to apply original thought, work in groups and present their solutions. This builds problem solving ability and confidence in children to face and resolve any situation they might have to. Our Program (The What?) The QuestWorld Foundation Program provides real world exposure, teaches decision making and builds confidence in children. We focus of three pillars: Financial Education, Career Exposure and Decisioning, and building an Ownership Mindset. Every day, in every class, we strive to provide an environment where the children feel safe to learn, explore and become confident in their abilities. With the right amount of agency, support and challenge kids can surprise us, even inspire us. And they often do.
