He has designed, developed, and launched a global coaching academy serving over 2,000 participants to date, and launched a virtual coaching program to 200+ global Associates, supporting Associate growth and engagement while driving transformation and lasting behavior change. He has launched programs focused on leadership and professional development and partnered with business units to assess opportunities and align solutions impacting 80,000+ employees Ron is a certified Project Management Professional, (PMP), a Certified Professional Coach, (CPC), a Predictive Index (PI) Practitioner, a Leadership Practices Inventory Coach. Ron has also held the role of US Air Force Master instructor and was selected as the top 2% of the Branch as Outstanding Instructor.
