Na de training komt R4PRO gedurende bijvoorbeeld 10 weken gemiddeld 1 uur per week terug op de werkplek van de betrokken medewerker(s) om te borgen dat de afgesproken verbeteringen ook daadwerkelijk worden ingebed in het werk.
Als laatste wordt met de opdrachtgever geevalueerd of de doelstellingen ook behaald zijn.
