At Raced Coaching our mission statement is simple...Help runners to improve whilst maintaining their enjoyment of the sport. Darrel & Rory are both established runners with England Athletics coaching qualifications and over 40 years race experience between them. Couple that with a real passion for running and they are pretty confident of having a few tips and tricks in their kit bag to support you all.
