Die Stiftung Informatik in Zusammenarbeit mit Rafisa Informatik GmbH will dies mit ihrem Ausbildungsangebot ändern. Die Stiftung sieht ihre Aufgabe darin, das Potenzial von Personen mit speziellen Förderungsbedürfnissen zu erschliessen und ihnen auf der Basis einer umfassenden Ausbildung das praktische Know-How im Bereich der Informatik zu vermitteln, wie auch im Bereich der sozialen Kompetenzen, so dass sie analog Neuro-typischen Menschen zu produktiven Mitglieder unserer Gesellschaft werden können.
Durch die gezielte Förderung soll den Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen der Übergang ins Erwerbsleben ermöglicht aber auch leichter gemacht werden.
Die Stiftung Informatik für Autisten wurde 2009 errichtet und macht seither das oft verkannte Potential von Menschen mit Autismus-Spektrum-Störung für andere Unternehmen und Organisationen nutzbar.
Als Unternehmen für Informatik und Grafik bieten die Rafisa Informatik GmbH ein breites Spektrum von Dienstleistungen an. Vom Entwickeln Websites oder Applikationen und unterstützen von der Konzeption, über die grafische Gestaltung und Realisierung, bis hin zum laufenden Betrieb. Zudem erstellen wir massgeschneiderte, visuelle Gestaltungen und setzen vielfaltige Kommunikationsmittel um.
Die Rafisa Informatik GmbH beschäftigt Menschen mit Asperger-Autismus-Störung. Da AAS-Betroffene die Dinge oft ein bisschen anders sehen, entstehen in den Projekten immer wieder originelle Ansätze und überraschende, innovative Lösungen.
