Enrollees can switch between plans to better suit their healthcare and financial needs. For example, a Bronze subscriber can upgrade to Gold just before a planned treatment. However, they must stay on the higher plan for a minimum of six months before downgrading. This keeps the pool sustainable while ensuring flexibility for enrollees.
When a patient needs treatment, the app instantly approves it, eliminating long wait time and paperwork. Once the treatment is done, doctors and pharmacists are automatically reimbursed for their services. This automation ensures everything runs smoothly, saving time and reducing costs for everyone involved
