Das Projekt reBubble wurde mit dem Ziel gegründet, unternehmerisches Handeln mit sozialem und ökologischen Nutzen zu verbinden. In Kooperation mit der Lebenshilfe Aachen e.V. werden in einer Werkstatt für Menschen mit Behinderung Hotelseifenreste zu neuen Hartseifenstücken verarbeitet.
Der Recycling-Prozess ist speziell auf Menschen mit Behinderung zugeschnitten und erlaubt ihnen eine abwechslungsreiche und sinnstiftende Arbeit. Jeder Arbeitsschritt, d.h. von der Säuberung der Rohseife, über Zerkleinern und Backen der Seife, bis hin zur Verpackung des Endprodukts, wird von ihnen mit den eigenen Händen durchgeführt. Durch die Fertigung eines eigenen Produkts wird Ihnen eine geregelte und vielseitige Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben ermöglicht.
