REDAH Informatics is a pioneer in Uganda in the field of real estate informatics. In 2015, our founders who are experienced professionals in the fields of surveying started on the journey to provide infrastructure to transform real estate and portfolio information for market validation and risk profiling insights.
Redah is a Software as a Service Platform for Real Estate Information Management and Analytics which provides solutions for:

Benchmark assessments of rental tax, stamp duty, and property rates to market rates to improve revenue collection.
Monitor resettlement action plans with an inventory of compensation assessments for public infrastructure projects and district compensation rates to support planning and comparison of infrastructure project costs.
