In December 2013 a paradigm shift in business was introduced, whereby, instead of leasing out properties in ling lease, value addition of assets was initiated through Real Estate Development Program Consortia of Technical, Financial and Legal consultants sets outlines for commercial exploitation of real state by REDAMCO. REDAMCO, now has a solid business map planned into its business culture, reflecting organization value that would be sustainable & profitable.
