Red Block Holdings was the name of an American-owned and operated private asset equity investment top-level conglomerate organization, originally formed in Reading, Pennsylvania by founder Jared Blouch in the year 1999. Mr. Blouch initially formed the organization to provide future opportunity and consolidation of overall corporate assets, funds, real estate, financial investments and intellectual property of his self-owned small businesses and charitable organizations. It allowed for the growth and alignment of additional organizational acquisitions to commence and provided a better opportunity to consolidate sales under one top-level parent company. Throughout the 20-year period, it served as the parent company for several subsidiaries and divisions including for-profit corporations, learning institutions, non-profit foundations, membership associations, technology services, a semi-secret research & development firm and venture capital investment banking. The company maintained regional offices in Pennsylvania, New York, Colorado and California throughout it's tenure. The organization held all financial, physical, intellectual assets and interests in the Red Block family of companies until re-structuring into a new company named The BLOCK Company in 2020, continuing operation from it's Los Angeles, California international headquarters.
