Het onderwijs is in beweging. Altijd. Elke dag. Iemand zei eens: “Het mooie van onderwijs is dat het elke dag opnieuw wordt gemaakt!”
En dat is zeker waar. Echter vraagt dit wel om een aanpak die aansluit bij waar onderwijs voor bedoelt is: Leerlingen, scholieren & studenten voorbereiden op deelname aan de samenleving, aan hún aankomende samenleving. En dat vraagt om aansluiting bij hen en om vanuit hun behoeften en input te denken, in combinatie met de professional die dit oppakt en omarmt.
Helaas is er nogal wat winst te behalen als het om de meest passende inrichting van ons onderwijs gaat. Lang niet alle praktijksituaties zijn zo optimaal dat de uitkomst effectief is voor kinderen & jongeren. Dit vraagt om het opnieuw kijken naar hoe educatie wel effectief en passend is. Reducatie. Onderwijs anders bezien!
