We have a range of new and second-hand cars and vans, and our leases come with a helpful service package to keep you on the road, along with fleet-management services for businesses. We can also assist with smart chargers.
The ReFLEX Orkney Car Club is a pay-as-you-go car hire scheme which could offer you or your business low cost, low carbon vehicles only when you need them in Kirkwall and Stromness.
If you generate your own renewable electricity or plan to do this with products like wind and solar, ReFLEX can help with storage and integration to the energy grid. We install batteries at no upfront cost as long as you stay on our low cost, 100% renewable energy tariff. Multiple battery bank installation is available for larger businesses.
About the ReFLEX Project:
ReFLEX (Responsive Flexibility) Orkney is a £28.5 million project aiming to create an Integrated Energy System (IES) in Orkney, Scotland. The project is funded by UKRI through the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund.
The project will interlink local electricity, transport, and heat networks into one controllable, overarching system, digitally link distributed and intermittent renewable generation to flexible demand.
