- Human values: Both with our customers and our employees, our core values are knowledge sharing, empowerment, benevolence and ubuntu. We apply these values to our training programs too. The existing knowledge sharing culture of cycling communities around the world is a great fit with these values, and it is no coincidence that the people at Réflexe Cycles decided to work in this industry!
- Technology: Our customers can interact with us entirely online if they wish to do so. We also automate our internal processes for continuous improvements that benefit the business.
