מלון דן ירושלים (בעבר נקרא בשמות "מלון הייאט" ו"מלון רג'נסי ירושלים") שוכן על מדרונות הר הצופים, בשכונת הגבעה הצרפתית בסמיכות לאוניברסיטה העברית והמרכז הרפואי הדסה, ומשקיף לעבר העיר העתיקה ושכונת שייח ג'ראח. המלון כולל 505 חדרים וסוויטות, ועל כן הוא המלון הגדול ביותר בירושלים.
בית המלון נבנה בידי יזמים יהודים ממקסיקו, ונפתח ב-1987 בניהולה של רשת הייאט העולמית תחת השם "הייאט רג'נסי ירושלים". ב-17 באוקטובר 2001, במהלך האינתיפאדה, נרצח השר רחבעם זאבי במלון בידי מחבל פלסטיני. השר זאבי נהג ללון במלון כאקט סמלי של עידוד התיירות לישראל בתקופת השפל של האינתיפאדה מתוקף היותו שר התיירות. לאחר הרצח נסגרו שתי קומות ה"קלאב" היוקרתיות של המלון לתקופה קצרה. בעקבות אירוע הטרור והימשכות השפל, יצאה רשת הייאט מניהול המלון ושמו שונה לרג'נסי ירושלים.
באוגוסט 2010 נרכש המלון בידי רשת מלונות דן, אשר החליטה לשפצו בשנית עד סופה של אותה שנה.
