Founded in 2022, Renew Watts Technologies promotes climate change awareness and advocacy, provides access to clean and affordable energy, and equips young people with renewable energy designing skills for a sustainable energy transition. Our mission is to reach out to the underserved, marginalized, and local/grassroots communities in Nigeria.
To achieve our goal, we organize renewable energy awareness campaigns, design literary programs/curriculums, and provide technologies to empower youth and students in local schools, communities, and people at the grassroots level.
We have impacted over 3,500 youths and collaborated with organizations to train including children with disabilities and market traders on climate science, solar energy basics and installation, waste management systems, recycling, sanitation, and renewable energy careers for youths.
Through our Solar Super-Pack product, which provides energy access and storage, we desire to prepare a competent workforce resilient towards promoting the energy transition and fulfilling the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 4, 7 & 13.
