Rent Rahisi is a property management software. We allow property agents and owners to easily manage their properties. Tenants can easily pay rent via MPESA. The software makes paying rent easy as a tenant does not have to go to the bank to pay where they may find long queues. The tenant also does not have to take the bank receipt to the property agent as the agent is instantly notified when a payment is made and the tenant gets a receipt via email.
An agent or property owner can also see houses for which rent has been paid and those which payment is pending. The app sends reminder SMSes to tenants whose payments are overdue. One can also advertise vacant houses on the app.
