RESEED is a social enterprise delivering specialised intensive field-study programs focused on urban and regional sustainability, conservation and ecological resuscitation, health and development in developing countries. These field study programs first begin in South Africa, and scale up to include programs around the Indian Ocean region including Mozambique, Madagascar, the Indian sub-continent, Andaman’s, Aceh and the Kimberley in Australia. The organisation offers field based learning via: • intensive field trips in developing countries; • internships with partner organisations; and • identifying suitable research opportunities for university students. RESEED”s vision is “to build the knowledge and understanding of our future leaders through mutual learning, practical and grounded experience to support intelligent and progressive action.” This group is for alumni and those associated with RESEED field studies programs to stay connected, share information on related fields of study/work, relevant job opportunities, information and updates on RESEED field studies programs and our social and environmental impact as a social enterprise.
