Reset & Chill is a mobile meditation station, aimed at improving mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and beyond. Delivering the opportunity for staff and individuals to “Reset” their mind to a state of calm through guided meditation sessions - escaping the outside world’s distractions and calming the internal mind, helping to create clarity and perspective whilst reducing stress and anxiety. Reset & Chill operates from a large fully-converted vehicle, a uniquely designed calming space that accommodates up to 8 people at a time at individual meditation stations. The space features mood lighting and decor aiming to stimulate the senses helping to keep the mind in the present. Each station has over-ear noise-cancelling headphones with personalised audio-guided meditation content to choose from with sessions lasting 10 minutes each - enough time for the mind to reach a state of calm. A member of staff, qualified in mental health first aid will be at the station at all times organising bookings, showing people to their seats, providing instructions for use and explaining what to expect to take from the session. All of the sessions will start with breathing exercises, which are guaranteed to slow heart rate and improve focus and concentration.
