Wir wollen ein Aushängeschild für Südtirol sein, denn wir sind stolz auf unser Land und unsere Küche. Die traditionelle Südtiroler Küche präsentieren wir originell und zeitgemäß, aber immer noch bodenständig.

Positionierung
Seit der Eröffnung vor 20 Jahren war es unser Bestreben, uns als Gourmethütte zu positionieren. Von Anfang an definierten wir uns vor allem über die Küche, wir wollten den Gästen immer etwas anderes bieten als den „gängigen Hüttenstandard“. Die Bezeichnung „Jora Mountain Dining“ wählten wir 2012, um uns davon abzuheben. 2019 wurden wir schließlich vom Falstaff als „beste Gourmethütte Südtirols“ ausgezeichnet. In eigenen Worten würde ich Jora als „regional verwurzelte Gourmethütte“ beschreiben.
