Delivery Information
All of your orders will be shipped out from our partner’s warehouse in the country using the carrier that offers the lowest freight in your area. Transit time is usually estimated and not guaranteed. When you receive your order, please be sure to open the boxes up to check for any freight damages and note the damages on the delivery Bill of Lading, have the driver sign on the page and you retain a copy for claim filing in the future. Freight company usually allows 7 days after receipt of delivery to file a claim. So please file your claim within that time frame, and attach any pictures to show the proof of damages. After freight company receives your claim, they will usually notify you that one of their trucks will be picking up the damaged item from you on a certain date, and will schedule with the shipper to exchange for the same item to be brought back to you.
If the claim is approved, the trucker will pay the freight to pick from you and the freight to deliver the replacement order back to you.
If the claim is denied and you still wish to return, then you will be responsible for the round trip freight and have to prepay the freight. So it is important that you keep the original packing for the damaged item along with the signed Bill of Lading.
For more detailed information, we will refer you to the policy of that particular factory or shipper’s website when we know which items you have bought. Our vendors are all hand selected with industry reputation who considers customers’ satisfaction as the uttermost important factor in their business success.
