Restore U is a program operated out of our Bakersfield facility. Restore U’s services are focused on delivering quality cost effective care. Restore U programs produce positive functional restoration results that can be measured. The participant’s day will consist of 4 hours of daily group social activities, 4 hours of daily group fitness activities and a lunch break. The social activities include but not limited to: How to manage their pain, building self-esteem, relaxation/stress reduction, social skills, nutrition, and various social building skills utilizing board games and arts and crafts. The fitness activities include but not limited to: Triceps cross body exercise, range of motion rotation exercise, range of motion extension exercise, Lumbar extension exercise, flexion gym ball, treadmill, exercise bike and the Nintendo Wii Fit. For their lunch break, we will provide a daily healthy meal for lunch and educational information about nutrition
