Con la stagione 2017/2018 prende forma il progetto sportivo “R&S Volley Project” che mette insieme le forze di tre società che da diversi anni operavano tra le provincie di Como e Varese.
Le tre storiche società (Polisportiva Bregnanese, Salus Gerenzano Volley, USD Mozzatese Pallavolo) si fondono nell'ottica di una proficua razionalizzazione di strutture, uomini, risorse e con un obiettivo comune: dare vita ad un percorso pallavolistico che possa garantire qualità, continuità e nuova linfa al territorio.
La nuova società si impegnerà nello sviluppo di un ampio settore giovanile al fine di garantire agli atleti uno sviluppo mirato alla loro massima prestazione.

Diventare un riferimento sportivo sul territorio nell'ambito giovanile per la crescita completa ed equilibrata dei ragazzi, in una società di appassionati con un forte senso di appartenenza, all'interno di un ambiente preparato, competitivo, sano, sicuro e piacevole.

Educare i ragazzi al gioco della pallavolo fornendo loro gli strumenti necessari per perseguire l'eccellenza nel rispetto dell’individualità personale e dei valori umani che caratterizzano non soltanto il giocatore ma anche l’uomo stesso.
