RG Floors has been in operation since 1997. Our owner, Bob Gilbert, has had a lifetime of involvement in the flooring industry and has built the business on providing the best quality service, communication and post sales service. It is something that all in the Company take great pride in. We have a Commercial Division that services Tier 2 and 3 Builders as well as Schools. We are also the preferred supplier to the Catholic Church. In our Contracts Division we currently service the ABN Group (over 6 years) and Welsh Homes as the sole carpet supplier and installer and we share Mirvac Homes (over 10 years) installing both Carpet and Timber. The reason we have been able to maintain these relationships is through our quality and delivery. Apart from our commitment to service and communication, we set ourselves apart by having a very stable suite of subcontractors and by delivering all of our product to site. Once it is cut in our warehouse, our delivery drivers take all product to the house being completed the day before the installation date. This means our subcontractors are able to commence on site early and assists us in ensuring we meet the tight turnaround times that are required with this market. Another major advantage we have it that our internal sales team and warehouse team are a single point of contact for all of your jobs – no matter what region. This allows us to develop strong relationships one on one with Supervisors, Regional Managers and Estimators.
