RHTC’s private clients range from small family trusts to large complex international family offices, while our corporate client base ranges from special purpose holding companies to top 100 international public companies. Trust services include assistance with the creation of a trust, provision of trustees, and ongoing administration as well as provision of protector and enforcer to trust structures. In addition, the firm has extensive experience in advising on the establishment and maintenance of private trust companies, and provides a full range of services for these and their underlying trusts. Corporate Services include the incorporation of companies, the provision of registered office and company secretarial services and the administration of companies. Additionally, we offer a range of additional professional services including accounting and registration of shipping vessels and aircraft.
