Ridgemont Resources is exclusively dedicated to direct-hire and contract placement of pharmacy professionals. This includes pharmacists, pharmacy managers, executive pharmacy leadership, pharmacy technicians and sales professionals. Our focus on Pharmacy allows us to develop market knowledge unlike any of our competitors. With a thorough understanding of the pharmacy market, we can respond to our clients and candidates with accurate and viable opportunities quickly and professionally. We work on a contingency basis only and never charge a fee to our candidates.
