Rigiflex was founded in Northampton in 1960, before moving to Brixworth in 1970 and, following further growth, it was decided to move to an all-purpose built factory in 2007.
The company has built a reputation for high quality products and technical expertise, delivered on-time, using a wide range of thermoplastic materials to produce a huge range of plastic profiles and tubes to our customers’ requirements.
We pride ourselves on quality & service with the experience of over 60 years of extruding plastics. We are always happy to work with our customers to develop bespoke plastic solutions.
Our customers include: construction, motor, aircraft, toy and shop-fitting / point-of-sale industries.
Our quality control works to industry standards, monitoring output and recording findings, while all machine operators keep quality records as the extrusion is produced.
We cut to length & have the capability to drill, weld, hole punch and apply adhesive.
As a company we recycle 95% of all our start-up waste.
