They have recruited, managed and trained sales people. And they have started and grown their own sales business – a business that helped hundreds of growing business to become more successful at selling.
Running and developing our own company (Nido Marketing) gave us a set of well-honed sales processes and tools and gave us real-world experience of the challenges and frustrations that growing businesses face. We haven’t just read this stuff in a book – we’ve lived it!
