Advanced experience in all PRM aspects: risk identification & addressing workshops, establishment of PRM systems (requirements - processes - tools), integrated Monte Carlo schedule & cost risk analyses, PRM system's health checks, risk-based & economic-based selection of project alternatives, risk-based selection of bidders, risk-based technology evaluations, integration of PRM and enterprise risk management (ERM), training & coaching, etc.
IV. Advanced knowledge of main PRM tools: ARM, EasyRisk, Stature, @Risk, Crystal Ball, Acumen Risk, Safran Risk, Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis ("PertMaster"), P6, etc.
V. Experience in system dynamics modeling of project risk exposure (Vensim, AnyLogic, etc.)
VI. Authorship of "Modern Risk Quantification in Complex Projects: Non-linear Monte Carlo and System Dynamics Methodologies" (2020) Oxford, England: Oxford University Press, and "Project Risk Management: Essential Methods for Project Teams and Decision Makers" (2013) New York, NY: John Wiley & Sons.
