Our mission stems from these beliefs:
• Small business owners should be free from thinking that they are ‘stuck’ with the business they have. Their mindset may be shackling them, and it is RCC mission to remove their limiting beliefs.
• Everyone in the workplace has an equal opportunity at having what they need to enjoy their work and their lives. Workers should become participating stakeholders; allowed to make business decisions, have a voice and vote on changes.
• True Business Ownership is RCC’s philosophy which will become the gold standard for business owners to self-actualize and to encourage their workers to be all they can be.
