Alternative Trading System- We provide access to liquidity across a broad spectrum of equities for U.S.-registered broker-dealers and their clients. Our platform offers users a variety of liquidity sources, accommodating block-sized interests, algorithmic postings, and retail order flow. Orders are handled by a stable, low latency matching algorithm designed to maximize crossing size and efficiency while reducing market impact. We seek to contain information leakage so we do not give Indications of Interest (IOI’s) or any other glimpses into our order book. We support the following order types: limit, peg, market, Immediate or cancel (IOC), or day.
