Meet with you, the client, either online or in person. Zoom is our preferred form of communication. We draft up an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), outlining the minimum features the app should have in order to add value to your business. We create a Quote and a Service level agreement. Once you accept and sign the SLA we'll send you the Invoice. We work closely with our clients the first 3months of development to make sure the client is happy with the final product. After the three months you'll only pay the monthly hosting and support fees to keep you site up and running. Any other ad-hoc development will be billed accordingly. Our rate is R450 per hour.
