Bij Robin Revalidatie bieden wij interdisciplinaire letselrevalidatie trajecten aan voor cliënten met aanhoudende klachten na een (verkeers-)ongeluk. Zowel voor fysieke klachten en/als cognitieve problematiek.
Innovatieve behandelmethode voor aandacht- & geheugenproblematiek, volledig op maat en altijd in samenwerking.
Het (vaste) behandelteam bestaat uit arts, psycholoog, fysiotherapeut en werkcoach. De behandeling bestaat uit een gecombineerde aanpak van mentale en fysieke modules. De behandeling is gericht op revalidatie en maatschappelijke activering (middels re-integratie).
Het doel van het behandeltraject is inzicht verkrijgen in achterliggende oorzaken van klachten en herstelmechanismen. Van hieruit weer controle krijgen over de eigen gezondheid en kwaliteit van leven. Dit doormiddel van het positief beïnvloeden van lichamelijke conditie, gedachtes en gedrag.
Robin Revalidatie biedt een behandeltraject van ongeveer 5 maanden. Het programma bestaat uit drie fase:
1. Intensief en gericht op kennis & inzicht, waarin jouw situatie de kern is.
2. Het in praktijk brengen van het geleerde in je eigen omgeving.
3. In de laatste fase ben je bijna klaar. Wij treden naar de achtergrond maar zijn aanwezig wanneer je ons nodig hebt.
Tijdens het traject werken we samen met betrokken partijen. Dat betekent dat we contact hebben met bijvoorbeeld betrokken belangenbehartigers of arbeidsdeskundigen om jou de ruimte te geven voor herstel.
